Have called several times over the last few weeks. Usually I miss the call and there is never a message in voice mail. Today I picked up, and there was music in the background, but no one talked.

They have called me 26 times now... the one time they responded to me answering the phone they tried to offer me a 50$ gift card to target. Asked for info, didn't give it to them. IT'S DRIVING ME INSANE.

I called this number back after receiving more than 20 calls to my cell phone. I asked the woman who answered what company she was with - she said Macy/Bloomingdale's Credit. I asked what country she was in and she said India. I asked to speak to her supervisor. I spoke with 'Brad' who sounded as if he was American. I asked him why I was being called repeatedly by someone from this number and then when I answered they hung up. He said the number was automatically dialed and probably they couldn't hear me. Again I asked him WHY WAS I BEING CALLED? He told me it was because I had an outstanding bill. I told him I didn't even have a Macy's card and certainly wouldn't think of getting one after this experience. And that maybe if they would hire Americans to help OUR economy things like this wouldn't happen. He said he took my number off. We'll see...........

Has been calling me for months on end.

Asked if they were talking to ...called me by my name. Then said that they were " The Operator" and that someone was trying to reach me and was having trouble getting through. Asked that I hang up and wait for there call.

Caller calls, but when I answer it, they hang up!
